New Order Drop-off Location!
Completed order forms and payment should be placed in a sealed envelope
and labeled "Perogy Order - Attention: Lori" and are to be placed in the white mailbox labeled "Payments" to the right of the door just inside the studio door.
Note: Any orders not received by the due date will be processed on the next due date. Any "addons" to an existing order must be submitted on a separate order form with the required payment and must be received by the due date to be included in the same order.
