This is an ongoing credit system fundraiser. You can buy perogies/cabbage rolls for yourself and take orders for other individuals. In either case, YOU ARE THE SELLER. If your dancer is in Intermediate, T1, T2, or the Ensemble, your dancer will earn credits that can be used for future trips. Order forms are available in the lobby. Please take note of the directions below to make sure that your order is placed correctly and on time.
You are responsible for tracking your own buyers' orders. Total up all your orders onto the Order Form. Make sure you check you addition and calculations before submitting your order. Payment must accompany your order - no exceptions, ie: no orders by fax, phone, or email. PLEASE, your co-operation in this area will make the co-ordinator's job easier.
Please complete all the information as to your child's class level so that proper credits can be ensured. If the proper information is not provided there is no guarantee that your child will receive a credit even if they are entitled to one.
