You can buy perogies for yourself and take orders for other individuals. This makes you a seller. If your dancer is in Intermediate, T1, T2, or the Ensemble, your dancer will earn credits that can be used for future trips. Order forms are available in the lobby or on the Tavria web site. Please take note of the directions below to make sure that your order is placed correctly and on time.
Complete a Buyer's Order Form for every person that you sell to, then total up all of your Buyer's Order Forms onto a Seller's Order Form and submit the Seller's Order Form. Make sure you check you addition and calculations before submitting your order.
Do not submit the Buyer's Order Form. You keep your Buyer's Order Forms for sorting your own order. If you are buying for yourself only, please submit your
order on a Seller's Order Form anyway.
Payment must accompany your order - no exceptions, ie: no orders by fax, phone, or email. PLEASE, your co-operation in this area will make the coordinator's job easier.
Please complete all the information as to your child's class level so that proper credits can be ensured. If the proper information is not provided there is no guarantee that your child will receive a credit even if they are entitled to one.
